21 DAYS …

They say: “It takes 21 days to form a habit”.
Well obviously bad habits! I could never form the habit of eating right, exercising frequently or reading a book… But on the contrary it may take less than 21 day to acquire bad habits such as swearing, smoking, eating junk food… Aren’t I right?
Lets try the reverse of that saying.
Lets try taking 21 days to break a habit.
I will, as of today, stop eating junk food for 21 consecutive days and i will get back to you after a month to tell u if I succeeded or I failed…
I read once if you speak about your resolution in public you are more likely succeed in achieving it…
Tell me all of your habits and lets try 21 days to break them, it may work!

Good luck

That’s a great decision! I need to do that too.. Switch from junk to healthy food!
Just one advice: usually to be able to break a bad habbit, you need the cooperation of people around you. If u wanna quit smoking, ur friends should not try to offer u ciggies.. So to break the junkfood habbit u will need to change your lifestyle 🙂
So, Good Bye Junk Food, hello Tupperware
    Good Luck,
